I've reluctantly decided that joining a gym might be the better option. I'm just not finding the motivation and the time to do it at home but i really think that being able to get out of the house to a place that's dedicated to working out will solve the dilemma. I'm going to be joining anytime fitness as i can work out when I'm at home and when I'm at my boyfriend's place. I am going to wait till the car is fixed before i join as its a 10 minute drive to my local anytime fitness so in the meantime I'll be buying some cheap workout clothes and shoes and looking into where this extra $60 a month is going to come from.
Wish me luck
I'm 20 and overweight. I haven't had children so my only excuse is that chocolate is too yummy to be that price. I was never really bothered about my weight that much until I had to buy plus size clothing. It doesn't help that plus size clothing is more expensive and I love clothes shopping too much as it is. So in a bid to get into regular sizes I'm starting the uphill battle of weight loss. My goal is to be a size 16 by September. I'm currently a 19 which means I'm in between an 18 and a 20. I'll put my measurements up in a graph on the Results page in case your interested to see how I'm changing. I've already started to eat alot healthier the justbento website was really inspiring and it helped me realise how out of balance my meals were. I am also attempting the Tracy Anderson Method exercise wise, I'm doing the Post Pregnancy Workout (its focuses on abs) and the Dance Cardio. Its really challenging at the start so I'll be chucking another graph in to help keep track of everything.
